Binding Your DSJ Account to Your Withdrawal Platform

Follow these steps to verify your DSJ account, complete advanced verification, and bind the correct withdrawal address for future withdrawals.

Basic Verification

Open your DSJ Exchange app and tap your avatar in the top left corner.

Select Basic Verification and answer the required questions. The certificate or ID required is your driver’s license number or passport information. Once entered, tap Submit.

Important

You will not be able to proceed to Advanced Verification until your Basic Verification has been fully Authenticated. Wait for confirmation before moving on.

Advanced Verification

Once Basic Verification is authenticated, select Advanced Verification.

Upload a clear photo of your driver’s license (front).

Upload a photo of yourself holding your driver’s license next to your face. Your face and the full ID must both be clearly visible in the same photo.

Bind Your Withdrawal Address

Scroll to the bottom of your profile and select Security.

Select Bind Withdrawal Address.

Select your currency and choose: ETH USDT USDC BTC Select the currency that matches the platform you will be withdrawing to.

When the Wallet Address field appears, paste the deposit address you copied from the platform you will be sending your withdrawals to. This is the wallet or exchange address where you want your funds sent when you withdraw.

Tap Submit to save your binding address.

Required Photos to Send to Elena Before Your First Withdrawal

Before you can make your first withdrawal, you must send Elena (@Elena03) on BonChat the following three items in one message:

1. A photo of you holding your driver’s license next to your face.

2. A photo of you holding your phone with your DSJ home page open, showing your DSJ Account ID.

3. Your binding (withdrawal) address.

Once your account is fully bound and Elena has verified your photos, you can begin making withdrawals from your DSJ Exchange account.

Important Network Notice

DSJ does not support USDT (ERC-20) withdrawals. When binding your withdrawal address and processing withdrawals, always confirm you are selecting the correct network for your chosen currency.

Open DSJ Exchange, go to Assets, then tap Transfer. Change the direction to: From Trade → Transfer to Exchange. Set the currency to USDT and enter the amount you wish to withdraw. ⚠️ You must manually enter the amount — do NOT tap All.

Tap Confirm to complete the transfer to your Exchange wallet.

Click the arrows next to your funds to convert your balance to ETH. The system will handle the conversion from USDT to ETH automatically.

Go to Withdrawal, select the currency ETH, and confirm your withdrawal address is pre-filled. ✅ Your withdrawal address should already appear if your account has been properly bound.

Tap ALL to enter the full withdrawal amount, then tap Confirm. You should see a message that says "Submitted Successfully."

Tap the square icon with 3 lines in the top right corner to check your withdrawal status. 🔍 Your withdrawal will show as Under Audit. Once processing is complete it will update to Paid.

ETH withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. Your status will update from Under Audit to Paid once complete. Funds will then arrive in your bound withdrawal wallet.

Your funds will remain in your Exchange wallet until the process is fully complete.

Do not attempt to transfer or use those funds while the withdrawal is under audit.

Funds Added: If you add a $100 bonus, birthday reward, or dividend to the Trade wallet, the new Trade balance becomes $1,100. Only the newly added $100 is subject to the doubling timer — it must double before it can be withdrawn without the 20% early penalty.

Soft Verification: Provide a selfie holding the same ID used for account verification. This is required for security purposes and must be approved before the withdrawal is processed.
