In Your DSJ Exchange

Purchase your ETH from your preferred platform or wallet.

Open your DSJ Exchange account.

Navigate to Assets.

Select Deposit.

Select the currency: ETH.

Confirm the Chain Name reads ETH.

Copy your Deposit Address. 📝 Write down the last 8 characters of the address — you will need these to verify the transfer.

📤 Send from Your Wallet or Platform

Go back to the platform where you purchased your ETH. Select Transfer or Send. Depending on the platform, this option may be labeled "Send Crypto to an External Wallet."

Paste your DSJ deposit address into the recipient field. Verify it matches the last 8 characters you wrote down. If the address appears as a suggestion below the input bar, tap it to select it.

Select the network: ETH — Ethereum (Default). Enter the amount you wish to send, review the preview, then tap Send.

⏳ Wait for the Deposit to Arrive

ETH deposits typically take around 8 minutes to appear in your DSJ exchange. Once it shows up, click the arrows next to your funds to confirm they have been converted to USDT. The system will handle the conversion automatically.

🔁 Transfer Funds to Your Trade Wallet

Once your USDT balance is confirmed, click Transfer. You will see the option: From Exchange → Transfer To Trade. Set the currency to USDT, then tap ALL to move the full balance. Make sure the amount populates in the box before continuing.

⚠️ Important — Do Not Skip This Step

Click Confirm, then make sure you tap Done / Okay.

If you do not tap Done/Okay, the transfer is not complete. Go back to your Asset page — all funds should now appear under Trade.

Confirm the Chain Name reads ERC-20 or TRC-20 for USDT. ⚠️ Make sure the network you select here matches the network you are sending from. Sending on the wrong network will result in lost funds.

Copy your Deposit Address. 📝 Write down the last 8 characters of the address — you will need these to verify the transfer.

📤 Send from Your Wallet or Platform

Go back to the platform where you purchased your USDT. Select Transfer or Send. Depending on the platform, this option may be labeled "Send Crypto to an External Wallet."

Select the correct network — ERC-20 or TRC-20 — making sure it matches what you selected in DSJ. Enter the amount you wish to send, review the preview, then tap Send.

⏳ Wait for the Deposit to Arrive

USDT deposits typically take around 8 minutes to appear in your DSJ exchange. Once it shows up, you are ready to move your funds to your Trade wallet.
