To be promoted to a manager position, the number of direct subordinates and team members must meet the required thresholds to apply for promotion and receive the corresponding benefits.

If a direct subordinate meets the promotion requirements but the team size does not meet the threshold, the promotion application will not be accepted.

Every manager must lead their team responsibly and must not spread false information. If a report is verified, the person reporting will receive a 100 USDT reward, and the manager will lose all benefits and be permanently banned from cooperating.

Operating multiple accounts by one person is strictly prohibited.

Manager bonuses are distributed on the 9th, 19th, and 29th of every month.

To be promoted to Level 1 Manager, you must invite at least 5 people directly.

A balance of at least $300 is required to be included in the team list.

If a manager's bonus percentage is lower than the minimum salary, they can contact Professor Stephen during the bonus period to claim the minimum salary.

The BG Group's bonus rewards are designed to incentivize team builders and managers. The bonus is not only a reward but also an acknowledgment of the manager's responsibility and contribution — equivalent to a salary. Managers must lead, manage, and support their teams, ensuring continuous growth and stability. If a manager fails to fulfill their duties after promotion, BG Group reserves the right to cancel or adjust the bonuses, ensuring they are only given to leaders who truly drive the team's development.
